PC®Herbal Tea - Ginger Peach8 slices
Fresh ginger root (peel on)1/2 cup (125 mL)
Loosely packed fresh mint leaves1/3 cup (75 mL)
Granulated sugar6 cups (1.5 L)

How to make
- Step 1
Place tea, ginger, mint and sugar in heatproof container. Bring water to a boil; pour over tea mixture. Allow tea to steep for 10 minutes.
- Step 2
Strain into large serving pitcher. Chill for 3 hours or overnight. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with additional mint if desired.
