Ingredients
- 2 slicesPC® Naturally Smoked Bacon Rounds slices
- 2PC® Traditional Naan Rounds Buns
- 1 slicePC® Sliced Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tsp (10 mL)Unsalted butter
- 1Egg
- PinchEach salt and freshly ground black pepper
How to make
- Step 1Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with foil.
- Step 2Place bacon flat on prepared baking sheet. Bake in centre of oven for 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked. Drain on paper towel.
- Step 3Place naan rounds directly on middle oven rack. Add cheese slice to one naan round. Heat for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, in small nonstick frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Crack egg into pan; cook for 1 minute per side or until cooked over easy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Step 4Place cheesy naan round on a plate; top with bacon, egg and remaining naan slice. Serve immediately.
