How to make
Ingredients
- 1 pkg (500 g)PC®Black Label Fiorelli Pasta
- 3 tbsp (45 mL)Extra virgin olive oil
- 3Cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 jar (650 mL)PC®Black Label Vodka Pasta Sauce
- 1/3 cup (75 mL)Chives cut in 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
- 2Lobsters (about -1/4 lb/625 g each), cooked, shelled and roughly chopped into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
- 3 tbsp (45 mL)Chopped fresh chives
How to make
- Step 1In large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain; set aside.
- Step 2Meanwhile, in large deep frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook garlic, stirring, for about 2 minutes or until lightly browned; transfer to plate and set aside. Pour in pasta sauce; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in long chive pieces and cooked garlic; cook for 1 minute. Add lobster and any lobster juices; cook for 1 minute or just until heated through. Add pasta and gently stir to coat. Transfer to large serving bowl; sprinkle with chopped chives.
