Easy summer meals need PC® Barbari Flatbread

We’re calling it--PC® Barbari Flatbread will be your new dinner-time essential for easy, fuss-free and dip-able meals. This Iranian-style flatbread is thick, hand-stretched and dimpled to give it a light and airy texture that’s unlike anything else on our shelves. What are you waiting for? Grab the hummus and dig in.

Dip it

Cut warm in half lengthwise, then cut each half crosswise into 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide fingers. Serve with , , and .

Top it

Spread over warm and top with roughly crumbled cooked , thinly sliced red onion and chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. Stir a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a minced garlic clove into plain yogurt and drizzle over top. Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint.

Board it

Arrange torn pieces of warm on a board with your favourite jams or chutneys, and sliced feta cheese drizzled with olive oil.
