Ingredients
- 2Pepper or acorn squash
- 1/4 cup (50 mL)Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)PC®Memories Of Dad's Grill, Maple, Apple and Beer Sauce
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL)Freshly ground black pepper
How to make
- Step 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2Cut squash into quarters. Remove seeds. Place squash, cut side up, onto rimmed baking sheet. Brush flesh with half of butter. Bake in centre of oven for 30 minutes.
- Step 3Remove from oven. Brush with Memories sauce. Bake 20 minutes longer.
- Step 4Remove from oven. Brush with remaining butter. Bake until squash is tender when pierced with tip of a sharp knife, about 15 to 20 minutes longer. Sprinkle with pepper.
