How to make

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups (625 mL)milk
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) + 2 tbsp (30 mL)PC® Speculoos Cookie Butter Spread
  • 2 cups (500 mL)hot brewed PC® Dark Roast Fine Ground Coffee
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL)ground cinnamon, for topping, optional

How to make

  • Step 1Heat milk gently in a small pot over low heat until warm, 2 minutes. Remove 1/2 cup (125 mL) of milk and reserve.
  • Step 2Whisk in 1/4 cup (60 mL) of cookie butter into pot with milk until well combined. Stir brewed coffee into milk mixture. Divide between 4 mugs.
  • Step 3Froth reserved milk using milk frother or immersion blender until light and foamy; top each coffee with foam.
  • Step 4Combine remaining 2 tbsp (30 mL) cookie butter and 1 tbsp (15 mL) milk in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in microwave until loosened, about 10 seconds. Drizzle cookie butter on top of coffees. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon, if using.
  • Try this: No milk frother at home? Use a whisk, blender or small French press to aerate the warm milk until frothy and approximately doubled in volume.
