Ingredients
- 4 tsp (20 mL)PC®100% Virgin Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil
- 1 cup (250 mL)Whole raw cashews (about 225 g)
- 4 tsp (20 mL)Tandoori masala spice
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL)Cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 pkg (200 g)PC® Gluten-Free Pretzel Sticks
- 3/4 cup (175 mL)Sweetened shredded coconut
How to make
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Step 2In large ovenproof frying pan, heat oil, cashews and tandoori spice over medium heat, stirring until spices are fragrant. Place pan in centre of oven. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes or until cashews are golden throughout.
