How to make

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)honey
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL)gin (1-1/2 oz)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL)PC® Black Label Lemon Sour Mix – Cocktail Mixer
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) to 1/3 cup (83 mL) PC® Black Label Lemon & Ginger Sicilian Soda

How to make

  • Step 1Stir honey with 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL) hot water in small glass until dissolved. Let cool completely, about 10 minutes.
  • Step 2Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add gin, lemon sour mix and 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the honey mixture (discard remaining or reserve to make another cocktail). Close lid and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold, about 20 seconds.
  • Step 3Pour into cocktail glass over ice and top up glass with soda.
  • Tip: Serving a crowd? Make a large batch of the honey mixture ahead, then cool and refrigerate in a jar with a tight-fitting lid for up to 2 weeks.
