Is there anything better than a perfectly cooked pierogi filled with cheese, potato and bacon? We think our PC® Flatbread just might be better than the real thing! The PC® Potato and Bacon Flatbread takes all the best aspects of pierogi life and turns it into a shareable appetizer, a side or even brunch? This piece of heaven comes topped with rich sour cream and cheese sauces, mozzarella cheese, potatoes, bacon, green onions, cheddar cheese and sheep's milk Pecorino Romano cheese. Oh ya, we went there and turned stuffings into toppings!

    Toppings: sour cream sauce [sour cream (cream, bacterial culture),water, corn starch, canola oil, pea starch, salt, spices], cheese sauce[emmentaler cheese (milk, salt, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme,calcium chloride), sour cream (cream, bacterial culture), cream, water,blue cheese (milk, salt, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, p.roquefortii),garlic, corn starch, salt, pea starch, spices], fried potatoes(potatoes, canola oil, salt, dextrose), mozzarella cheese (milk, salt,bacterial culture, microbial enzyme), cooked bacon, green onions,cheddar cheese (milk, salt, microbial enzyme, bacterial culture),sheep’s milk pecorino romano cheese (sheep’s milk, salt, bacterialculture, microbial enzyme), canola oil, herbs. crust: enriched wheatflour, water, ground wheat germ, yeast, canola oil, salt, sugars(dextrose), ascorbic acid, bacterial cultures, amylase, xylanase. theproduct contains pea protein. it may not be suitable for those withpeanut allergy.
