Our delicious Vietnamese-style beef broth is simmered with aromatic spices like cardamom, anise and cinnamon. Just add rice noodles, protein and any veggies on hand for a quick main. And bonus: you can use it to cook rice infused with extra flavour. You're already cancelling your takeout order, aren't you?

    Ingredients: beef stock (water, dried beef stock), salt, sugar, ginger,dried onion, concentrated onion juice,anchovy paste (anchovies, salt, water), spices (contain cardamom, anise,cinnamon), dried yeast, beef gelatin, beef fat (contains tocopherols),yeast extract, caramel colour.

      Traditional pho served in restaurants has the beef added to the serving bowls raw, allowing the heat from the broth to cook the beef to rare. This is a bit trickier at home – it’s hard to slice the beef thin enough and get the broth hot enough – so we toss the beef right into the saucepan of pho to cook slightly before serving it up.
