PC Peking-Style Duck Meal Kit

676 g

We’re proud of our newest meal kit: a special supper so simple, you can sauté it whenever the feeling strikes. Traditional Peking duck requires time, special tools and generational know-how, while our riff …doesn’t.

Inspired by an authentic family recipe, this kit calls for just half an hour, maybe a little less. Simply stir fry succulent shredded duck until you get all those coveted crispy bits, then the vegetables—a mix of tender crisp cabbage, carrot and green onion. And we can’t forget the sauce that brings it all together. We spent months looking for that perfect blend of hoisin and sweet bean paste. When we couldn’t find it, we made our own. Wrap it all up in soft, palm-sized pancakes and enjoy it as a unique dinner for two, a build-your-own appetizer or are perfect as part of a dim sum-inspired feast.

Warning: one taste of our duck may tempt you to push the limits of a single pancake.

Ingredients: vegetable blend: green cabbage, carrots, green onions.cooked duck: duck, water, salt, sugar, spices and herbs, dried orangepeel. pancakes: enriched wheat flour, water, salt, palm oil. hoisinsauce: water, sugars (sugar, fancy molasses), miso (water, soybeans, rice, salt, ethyl alcohol), soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar),modified corn starch, white vinegar, vegetable oil, garlic powder, ricevinegar, yeast extract, sesame oil, yeast, salt, spices, naturalflavour, xanthan gum, phosphoric acid, caramel colour (sulphites).
