Arancini are a very special Italian treat. They’re even more exciting when they’re made for you—and made mini. We’ve engineered these crispy, cheesy and creamy bites to be super adaptable—it is the PC® way, after all. So is stuffing them with not just one, but four kinds of cheese (ciao, provolone, grana Padano, pecorino and fontal). While no one can resist arancini at a potluck, they make an equally easy dinner too. Just pair with a salad and you’ve got supper in 20 minutes.
