Street food made to eat on the couch. Imagine hot, aromatic snacks inspired by India's bustling street food scene, pulled right from your oven. We travelled to the Gujarat region to team up with a local producer on this trio of authentic vegetarian appetizers: crisp vegetable samosas, garam masala-seasoned 5-vegetable pakoras, and batata vada – potato fritters spiced with chaat masala, ginger and turmeric. We didn't forget the chutneys: tamarind-date and coriander-mint. Heat, serve and dip away.
