Chicken wings and Korean barbecue: Some might say you can’t have either one without the sauce…and what a sauce this is! Inspired by Korean barbecue, it’s got fiery heat and sticky sweetness, all balanced with savoury notes of sesame oil and garlic. The gochujang chili paste is the main star of the saucy show, giving it a beautiful red colour and a generous amount of authentic flavour. Use to toss or dip wings – no matter what cooking method you choose. Brush on shrimp, pork or beef ribs. It also makes a great cooking sauce for anything from braised meat to stir-fries.

    Ingredients: water, sugars (sugar, blackstrap molasses), hot red pepperpaste (corn syrup, water, brown rice, red pepper powder, salt, alcohol,soybean, garlic, onion), tomato paste, onions, white vinegar, modifiedcorn starch, salt, garlic, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder,spice extracts (contain mustard), xanthan gum, red pepper powder, citricacid, natural flavour, potassium sorbate, yeast extract.
