PC Chicken Bone Broth

900 ml

Rich broth, ready to sip (or soup) .Rich bone broth simmered low and slow to extract and develop maximum flavour – no chopping or waiting on your part. Try using it in place of water to instantly elevate and add depth of flavour to stews, gravies, mashed potatoes and rice dishes.

Bone broth gives this gravy rich chicken flavour, so you can make it with or without the drippings from your turkey or chicken. If you choose to use the drippings, simply transfer the cooked turkey or chicken to a cutting board, skim off the fat from the pan juices, and make the recipe as directed in the roasting pan – just keep in mind that the cook times may be different since you’re using a larger cooking surface.
