Porchetta is one of Italy’s most traditional dishes. That’s why we took great care in creating this delicious pork loin, surrounded by pork belly and rubbed with Italian-style seasonings like garlic, black pepper, chili, fennel, nutmeg and rosemary. What’s not so traditional about it? There’s no time-consuming prep, so it goes straight in the oven or on the grill. The meat inside cooks up tender and juicy, while the pork belly turns crisp and chewy – almost bacon-like. Pile it into classic porchetta sandwiches or serve it with rice, potatoes or salad.
