It sounds like your favourite takeout menu, but it’s actually our light satay sauce with 50% less calories than PC Memories Of Szechwan Sauce. (Though we worked hard to make sure you don’t notice.) With the sauce already done, you could try to master homemade spring rolls or crispy fried tofu. We’ve been known to dip chicken fingers in it, too.
