How to make

Ingredients

  • 6 cups (1.5 L)Vanilla Soy Beverage
  • 1 cup (250 mL)PC® Organics Long Grain White Rice
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL)Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL)Salt
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL)PC® Blue Menu®Twice The Fruit Apricot Spread

How to make

  • Step 1In heavy-bottomed saucepan, bring 5 cups (1.25 L) of soy beverage to a boil. Stir in rice,cinnamon and salt. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 to 35minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Step 2Stir in remaining soy beverage. Spoon into serving dishes. Top each serving with a dollopof spread.
