How to make

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp (5 mL) PC® Splendido Cold-Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1Onion, chopped
  • 1Sweet red pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb (500 g)Lean ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL)No Name Chili Powder
  • 1 bottle (650 mL)PC® Fire-Roasted Tomato Pasta Sauce
  • 1 can (540 mL)No Name White Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained

How to make

  • Step 1In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook onions and peppers until softened, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in turkey and chili powder; cook for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring to break up turkey. Stir in tomato sauce and beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Step 2 Serve over cooked rice, if desired.
