Ingredients
- 1 pkg (590 g)Silken tofu, drained
- 1Green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)Soy sauce
- 2 tsp (10 mL)Rice vinegar
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL)Minced garlic
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL)Minced ginger root
- 1-1/2 tsp (7 mL)Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL)PC®Black Label Shichimi Togarashi 7-spice Blend
How to make
- Step 1Pat tofu dry with paper towel. Halve lengthwise. Cut each half into 3/4 inch (2 cm) thick slices. Carefully transfer and fan onto serving platter.
- Step 2In small bowl, stir other green onions, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and half the togarashi. Spoon over tofu. Sprinkle with remaining togarashi.
