How to make
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp (45 mL)White vinegar
- 3 tbsp (45 mL)PC®Canola Oil
- 3Cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp (25 mL)PC®Black Label Tandoori Spice Blend
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)Minced ginger root
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL)Kosher salt
- 1 lb (500 g)Firm white fish, cut in 2 inch (5 cm) chunks
How to make
- Step 1In large bowl, stir together vinegar, oil, garlic, spice mix, ginger and salt. Pat fish dry with paper towel; add to bowl and stir to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Step 2Preheat broiler. Line heavy duty baking sheet with greased foil.
- Step 3Place fish on prepared baking sheet. Broil until fish flakes easily, about 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander.
