How to make

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp (45 mL)White vinegar
  • 3 tbsp (45 mL)PC®Canola Oil
  • 3Cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL)PC®Black Label Tandoori Spice Blend
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)Minced ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL)Kosher salt
  • 1 lb (500 g)Firm white fish, cut in 2 inch (5 cm) chunks

How to make

  • Step 1In large bowl, stir together vinegar, oil, garlic, spice mix, ginger and salt. Pat fish dry with paper towel; add to bowl and stir to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
  • Step 2Preheat broiler. Line heavy duty baking sheet with greased foil.
  • Step 3Place fish on prepared baking sheet. Broil until fish flakes easily, about 6 to 8 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander.
