Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 mL)PC® Strawberry Skyr Icelandic Style 0% M.F. Yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)PC® Pure Raspberry Jam
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)PC® Organics Plain Kefir Probiotic Fermented 1% M.F. Milk
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)Liquid honey
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)Roasted pistachios, finely chopped
How to make
- Step 1Whisk together skyr, jam and kefir in bowl. Transfer mixture to popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
- Step 2Unmold. Brush honey over top two-thirds of each popsicle then dip in pistachios, pressing firmly to adhere.
