How to make
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 mL)pineapple juice
- 2 tbsp (30 mL)spiced rum (1 oz)
- 2 tsp (10 mL)syrup from PC® Black Label Amarena Cherries in Flavoured Syrup, plus 2 cherries, divided
- 1 can (222 mL)PC® Jamaican Style Ginger Beer, chilled
- 1wedge fresh pineapple (optional)
How to make
- Step 1Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add pineapple juice, rum and cherry syrup. Close lid and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels cold, about 20 seconds.
- Step 2Pour into stemless wine glass or cocktail glass over ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cherries and pineapple wedge (if using).
- Try this: Leave out the rum for a refreshing mocktail.
