We’ll let you decide if this is the best cheeseburger you’ve ever had – but we’re not above planting the idea in your head. Made with juicy smoke-flavoured pork and topped with a sweet and peppery apple arugula slaw, gooey melted cheese and tangy Dijon, this version 2.0 burger is a must-make. *Chef’s Tip: To cut an apple into matchsticks, slice around the core into 4 pieces; arrange pieces flat on your cutting board and thinly slice lengthwise. Stack the slices on their side and cut into thin sticks.*
