Ingredients
- 1Lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1Lime, thinly sliced into rounds
- 3-1/2 cups (875 mL)PC® Berry Flavour Herbal Hibiscus Tea Iced Tea
- 6 cups (1.5 L)PC® Jamaican-Style Ginger Beer
How to make
- Step 1Cut half of the lemon and lime slices into half-moons; slice into small wedges. Divide wedges among 2 ice cube trays. Pour enough of the iced tea into trays to fill. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours. Transfer remaining lemon and lime slices to 3-L (12 cup) pitcher. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
- Step 2Add frozen iced tea cubes to pitcher with lemon and lime slices. Pour ginger beer and remaining iced tea over top. Stir to combine.
