How to make

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 mL)35% whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL)PC®Devon Custard
  • 1 pkg (100 g)PC®Meringue Nests
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL)Shaved PC®70% Cocoa Solids Dark Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup (50 mL)Chopped pistachios

How to make

  • Step 1Whip cream in chilled bowl. Add custard; whip until soft and fluffy.
  • Step 2Fill each nest with a dollop of cream mixture, about 2-1/2 tbsp (32 mL). Top each with a sprinkle of chocolate and pistachios.
