  • 1-1/4 cups (300 mL) Strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (250 mL)Diced pitted peeled mango
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)Honey
  • 1 tsp (5 mL)Grated lime zest
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)Fresh lime juice
  • 1-1/2 cups (375 mL)PC® Plant Based Chocolate Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert
  • 1-1/2 cups (375 mL)PC® Plant Based Mango Coconut Milk Frozen Dessert
  • 6PC® Waffle Bowls
  • 1/3 cup (75 mL)PC® Coconut Chips

How to make

  • Step 1Stir together strawberries, mango, honey, lime zest and lime juice in large bowl. Set aside.
  • Step 2Scoop 1/4 cup each chocolate coconut milk frozen dessert and mango coconut milk frozen dessert into each waffle bowl. Top with strawberry mixture and coconut chips, dividing evenly.
