There are (too) many steps to stuffing a squash. From steadying that dangerously curvy gourd on a cutting board to prepping all the components to fill it. Skip all that. We’re highly skilled at slicing through squash. And then stuffing both tender halves with a generous, complex filling of tomato, pearl barley, chickpeas, buckwheat, red onion, zucchini, quinoa and spices. For delightful crunch, we’ve topped it with a seed mix starring sunflower, pumpkin, flax and sesame. Bake from frozen and serve this hearty and impressive dish as a main or a side—and enjoy it until you too are stuffed.
