It starts with pureed cauliflower – the perfect neutral base for intense flavours. Almond butter brings in rich texture and nutty notes. Vegan mayo adds creamy tang. And jalapenos and spices come through with smoky heat. Eat it cold or warm. Do anything you would with regular queso dip.
