To achieve that rich flavour and texture we love, we used fresh-pressed coconut milk to create our creamiest and silkiest vegan dessert yet. It’s everything you love about traditional ice cream - without the dairy. Scoop some up in a cone or bowl, or sandwich it between two cookies for a cool treat. It’s also excellent blended in smoothies or add a scoop to warm slices of PC Plant Based Apple Crumble Pie for an over-the-top plant-based dessert.
