We built this dreamy cake on an irresistible chocolate cookie crumb base, studded with chopped pecans and shredded coconut for that Nanaimo bar vibe. Then we layered on our signature custard-flavoured cheesecake, made with real cream cheese. Pure indulgence, made more indulgent with our ganache chocolate finish. You just need to thaw and serve, so it’s perfect for dinner parties, potlucks or random Tuesday nights.
