You don’t have to travel to Italy to enjoy authentic pasta (although that would be great.) Our tender cappellacci (“little hats”) is expertly made by our renowned pasta supplier in Italy. Inside is a blend of sweet, fresh-tasting beetroot combined with rich goat milk cheese… made even richer with creamy ricotta. Each one is filled using a creative method that keeps the colourful layers separated for visual appeal. We’ve thought of everything. You can pick up the wine.

    Filling: beetroot, goat's milk soft unripened cheese (goat's milk, salt, rennet), ricotta soft unripened cheese (modified milk ingredients, salt, citric acid), toasted wheat crumbs, butter, bechamel sauce (partly skimmed milk, water, butter, wheat flour, corn starch, sugar, salt, nutmeg), caramelized onions (onion, wine vinegar (contains sulphites), sugar, chicory root inulin), grana padano pdo cheese (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme (egg)), gorgonzola pdo soft blue veined cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet, p. roqueforti), salt. pasta: enriched wheat flour, liquid whole egg, durum wheat semolina.
