6 steps to the ultimate party-sized sundae

6 steps to the ultimate party-sized sundae

Summer Sweets

What makes a super sundae? It should be built with our richest PC® Cream FirstTM ice cream and showered with a riot of toppings. But above all, it should be big!

A dreamy, creamy base, toppings to tick all the texture boxes—sweet, salty, crunchy, crispy, gooey—done on a scale that screams for several spoons. That’s how you build a banana split sundae for a crowd. Here are the steps, straight from the ice cream wizards in our PC® Test Kitchen.

Slice one large banana in half lengthwise and arrange on either side of a long, shallow dish.

Place 1 large scoop each of , and between the banana halves.

Drizzle 3 to 4 tbsp (45 to 60 mL) of overtop of ice cream.

Sprinkle over vanilla ice cream; roasted peanuts and over chocolate ice cream; and crushed over fudge crackle ice cream.

Break one into pieces and sprinkle over top.

Turn another PC® Sprinkle Chocolatey Dipped Sugar Cone upside down and press in into the middle scoop of ice cream. Ta-da!

Try this: For the topping-obsessed, we have even more to suggest:
