You just need 20 minutes to get dinner on the table with these ideas. 

Monday: PC® Korean-Style Stir-Fry Meal Kit

Mondays are a wee bit rough. Make it easier on yourself by getting a hot, delicious meal on the table ASAP, no chopping required. You heard that right – no prep! Our  has everything you need, right in the bag: fluffy, long grain rice, tender crisp vegetables – including mini corn, strips of bell pepper, water chestnuts and snow peas – and grilled chicken all with a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. Tuesday: PC® Eggplant Parmesan

It’s only Tuesday, and you’re already rushing from work to hockey practice to tracking down a last-minute gift and back to a holiday recital. But the kids still need to eat (and you do too). Want a cure for the mid-week slump? A smorgasboard of delicious, crispy finger foods that inject some fun into a Wednesday – while still being easy enough to whip up in the 20 minutes you have between pick-ups and drop-offs. Not only do they taste like you made them yourself, but these flatbread “pizzas” are made with a unique blend of beets and cauliflower that gives the bread base its vibrant colour. Topped with mildly tart goat cheese, tender spinach and onions, this flatbread can also easily double as a great movie night snack.  

Friday: PC® Lobster & Scallop Seafood Bake with Mussels and Shrimp

The week is done, the kids are finally in bed – and it’s date night at last. You’re doing a happy dance, too, right?
