- 1 cup (250 mL)PC®Organics Kale, Spinach and Collard Greens Chopped Leafy Greens, frozen
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)PC®Mango Chunks, frozen
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL)Ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL)Grated fresh ginger
How to make
- Step 1Combine date, banana, kefir, frozen greens, frozen mango, turmeric and ginger in blender. Blend until smooth.
