How to make

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)Olive oil
  • 1Sweet red pepper, diced
  • 1Clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp (1 mL)Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp (10 mL)Sesame seeds
  • 1 tub (142 g)PC® Organics Kale, Chard, Spinach Salad Mix
  • PinchSalt

How to make

  • Step 1In large nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium-low heat. Add red pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until softened. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
  • Step 2Add sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Increase heat to medium. Stir in greens; cook, turning with tongs, for 1 to 2 minutes or until wilted and hot. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately.
