How to make
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 mL)PC®Plain 0% M.F. Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) Coarsely shredded cucumber (skin on)
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) Chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL)Salt
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL)Roasted ground cumin
How to make
- Step 1In medium bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, coriander, lime juice, salt and cumin. Stir together until smooth and creamy; transfer to serving bowl.
- Step 2Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Serve with PC®Sweet Chili Naan Flatbreads, if desired.
