How to make

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL)PC®Plain 0% M.F. Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) Coarsely shredded cucumber (skin on)
  • 2 tbsp (25 mL) Chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL)Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp (2 mL)Salt
  • 1/8 tsp (0.5 mL)Roasted ground cumin

How to make

  • Step 1In medium bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, coriander, lime juice, salt and cumin. Stir together until smooth and creamy; transfer to serving bowl.
  • Step 2Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Serve with PC®Sweet Chili Naan Flatbreads, if desired.
