How to make
Ingredients
- 1clove organic garlic, finely grated or pressed
- 1/2 cup (125 mL)PC® Organics 14% M.F. Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp (15 mL)chopped organic fresh parsley, basil or chives
- 1 tsp (5 mL)fresh juice from organic lemon
- Pinch (0.5 mL)each salt and organic smoked paprika (optional)
- 1 pkg (341 g)frozen PC® Organics Margherita Wood-Fired Thin Crust Pizza
How to make
- Step 1Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Arrange oven rack in bottom position.
- Step 2Stir together garlic, sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, salt and paprika (if using) in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until needed. (TIP: Refrigerate up to 2 days.)
- Step 3Remove all packaging from pizza. Bake pizza directly on bottom rack until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted, 10 to 12 minutes. Using tongs, remove pizza from oven by sliding onto cutting board. Let stand 2 minutes. Cut into wedges.
- Step 4Serve
- Try this: Like all good things, this dip gets better with age, so feel free to make it ahead and refrigerate, covered, until needed (up to 2 days.) It’s also delicious with potato chips, baked potatoes, or carrot and celery sticks.
