How to make

    6-inch (15 cm) wooden skewers
  • 1 pkg (400 g)

    PC® Natural Choice Deli Assortment
  • 1 pkg (126 g)

    PC® Marble Cheddar Cheese
  • 8

    round slices pickles
  • 8

    cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 8

    mini bocconcini cheeses
  • 8

    leaves fresh basil
  • 8

    pieces quartered marinated artichoke hearts
  • 8

    pitted green olives
  • 12

    leaves Boston lettuce
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL)

    PC® Spring Herb Vinaigrette

How to make

  • Step 1

    Cut 6 slices each of ham, chicken and turkey from deli assortment package in half. Cut each piece of Cheddar cheese in half.

  • Step 2

    Ham and Cheese Skewers: Thread 1 piece folded ham, 1 piece Cheddar cheese, 1 slice pickle, 1 piece folded ham, 1 piece Cheddar cheese, 1 slice pickle and 1 piece folded ham onto one 6-inch (15 cm) wooden skewer. Repeat to make 4 skewers total. Set aside.

  • Step 3

    Tomato Basil Chicken Skewers: Thread 1 piece folded chicken, 1 tomato, 1 bocconcini, 1 basil leaf, 1 piece folded chicken, 1 tomato, 1 bocconcini, 1 basil leaf and 1 piece folded chicken onto one 6-inch (15 cm) wooden skewer. Repeat to make 4 skewers total. Set aside.

  • Step 4

    Turkey Artichoke Skewers: Thread 1 piece folded turkey, 1 piece artichoke, 1 olive, 1 piece Cheddar cheese, 1 piece folded turkey, 1 piece artichoke, 1 olive and 1 piece folded turkey onto one 6-inch (15 cm) wooden skewer. Repeat to make 4 skewers total. Set aside.

  • Step 5

    Serve skewers on lettuce leaves and drizzle with vinaigrette.
