How to make
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) 35% whipping cream
- 1 podPC® 100% Costa Rican Medium Roast 100% Arabica Coffee Single Serve Pods
- 1-1/2 cups (375 mL)PC® Creamfirst Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
- 1/2 tsp (2 mL)Cocoa powder
How to make
- Step 1In bowl and using whisk or electric mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks. Set aside.
- Step 2Brew pod of coffee as a strong 6 oz cup of coffee.
- Step 3Into each of two heatproof dessert bowls or glasses, scoop 3/4 cup (175 mL) ice cream. Pour prepared coffee over top, dividing evenly. Top with whipped cream. Sift cocoa powder over top.
