Inspired by our popular PC® Pineapple Upside Down Cakes, we invite you to take another trip down memory lane. Using simple, old-fashioned ingredients, we’ve created a moist, all-butter and buttermilk sponge cake baked with wedges of caramelized Northern Spy apples at the bottom. Just heat it up and invert it to reveal a glistening golden apple topping. Enjoy it warm!
