Fundraising Campaigns
Helping Kids Live Life Well
- President's Choice® Children's Charity store icon fundraiser takes place twice a year, in the spring and the fall. Customers can donate $2 to the Charity at checkout at Loblaw corporate and participating franchise stores across the country
- One hundred percent of monies raised goes directly to President's Choice® Children's Charity to help provide funding to families in local communities across Canada
- In 2011, $4.1 million was raised for President's Choice® Children's Charity
Colleague Donation Campaign
- The Colleague Donation Campaign takes place annually in September. Loblaw colleagues, franchisees and franchise employees make a donation to President's Choice® Children's Charity
- In 2011, over $1.7 million was donated to the Charity
- Loblaw made a corporate donation of $1 million to the Charity on behalf of colleagues, franchisees and franchise employees
- One hundred percent of monies raised goes directly to President's Choice® Children's Charity to help provide funding to families in local communities across Canada
President's Choice® Children's Charity Golf Tournament
- 2011 marked the 10th anniversary of the Charity's Golf Tournament
- The Golf Tournament takes place in June
- Participants include vendors from Loblaw corporate and franchise store locations
- Since 2002, over $5.9 million has been raised through the Golf Tournament – helping more than 700 families across Canada
President's Choice® Children's Charity Bowlerama Classic
- 2011 marked the 23rd anniversary of Bowlerama Classic and it is the signature event for President's Choice® Children's Charity
- Bowlerama Classic takes place in December
- Participants include vendors from corporate and franchise store locations
- Since 1989, more than $16 million has been raised through Bowlerama – helping more than 3,275 families across Canada
